Project Description

This was photographed in an astounding castle in Italy. Over 300 rooms, each decorated in this moorish style, it was a true testament to the owners passion.
The owner of the castle built it himself. Although he had no university degree, he had the abilities of an engineer, an architect and a geologist. This allowed him to design, plan and finance this castle by using local products and employing mostly native manpower. The castle was transformed into a hotel post WWII which closed it’s doors in the 1990’s.
It has been abandoned for 25 years and has had several offers to open it as a luxury spa resort, but residents are opposed. It recently was bought but the deal fell through and it is up for auction again.

Available in standard size, slightly differs from usual format- however it is the same width – See Printing page for more information.
